ART FOR CONSERVATION
My main passion
in life has always been animals, art has always taken second place.
Since eight years old I have been involved within conservation
work. In particular I have worked with owls, eventually running
my own owl centre, but along the way I have written a dissertation
on tiger conservation, enrichment of small primate enclosure,
and hosting lectures on the welfare of raptors in a veterinary
surgery with trainee vets. Now as an artist I still want to support
many of the organizations I have come accross over the years.
From each Limited edition print sale I donate 20% of profits which
equates to almost £2,000 per Limited edition print run.
I also urge the chosen charities to let me know about charity
fundraisers, so I can attend and auction pieces of work, including
originals
Please support
the work they do by visiting the websites and learning about the
work that they do, all the wildlife charities I support work with
animals in the field, rather than funding captive breeding programs,
they also all keep their administration costs as low as possible,
and in the case of 21st century tiger their cost are funded totally
seperately.
